Nano-electro-mechanical resonator (NEMR) composed of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) transparent in visible light region is expected to realize novel photo-responsive NEMR by constructing hybrid structure with photo-responsive nanomaterial it can. In this research, in order to extend the application, we examined the possibility of electrical frequency adjustment during dielectric drive of drum type hBN NEMR using dielectric effect.
