Keywords:Superconducting Tunnel Junction detector, kinetic energy measurement

Energy resolution of superconducting tunnel junction for keV energy particle is not good as that for the X-rays. Basic characteristics for the particle detection is required to inprove the energy resolution especially for the high energy heavy molecules. In the present study, we have performed the evaluation of characteristic for the particle detection and compared the results with that of X-rays taken under same experimental conditions.
