Neutrons such as the BNCT irradiation field are dominant, and it is necessary to study the sensitivity of these elements to neutrons and to study in detail the energy dependence of the dosimeter response in order to accurately determine the gamma dose of the energy spectrum field which is difficult to measure. Therefore, in this study, the applicability of BeO thermal luminesence dosimeterTLD), which is considered to have low neutron sensitivity, and C: Al2O3 optically stimulate luminesence (OSL), which is easy to read out and has relatively high stability, is considered.
