In previous study, We reported that current density (J_SC) increases with increasing doping concentration in organic pn homojunction solar cells (SCs) made by DIP and DBP. And DIP device shows higher crystallinity and internal quantum efficiency than DBP devics. In this study, we elucidated about correlation between doping effect of pn-homojunction SCs and photoconversion mechanism.
