At metal/ion-conductive-solid-electrolyte interfaces, ionic space charge layers are generally formed. Here, we quantitatively visualized the Li-ionic space charge layer at Cu/LiAlTiGeSiPO-solid-electrolyte by electron holography and electron energy-loss spectroscopy.
