[10a-S421-1] Detection of influenza virus using an external force-assisted near-field illumination biosensor

We are developing an external force-assisted near-field illumination biosensor that creates " fluorescent moving bright spots" with magnetic particles and optical markers to realize high speed and sensitive influenza virus detection. In this study, we observed influenza virus as fluorescent moving bright spots with anti-hemagglutinin-IgG antibody and anti-neuraminidase-IgG antibody. We demonstrated detection of whole influenza virus by targeting viral surface protein.
