Keywords:nanoparticle, graphene, plasma

Nitrogen-doped graphene is a potential catalyst for fewel cell applications. We developed the Ammonia radical enhanced low damage nitridation process of graphene utilizing gold nanoparticles. The gold nanoparticles are believed to enhance the nitridation by the catalysis effect of surface plasmon excitation.
