Keywords:laser direct writing, reduced graphene oxide, titanium dioxide

The microstructure consisting of reduced graphene oxide (rGO), anatase and rutile titanium oxide (TiO2) nanoparticles was prepared by laser direct writing on a hybrid film of graphene oxide (GO) and TiO2. The structural changes of the hybrid film by CW 405 nm laser beam irradiation and the applications to a photosensor were studied. The melting of the anatase TiO2 nanoparticles and the crystalline phase transition to rutile were observed by to SEM images and micro-Raman spectra. An rGO-TiO2 periodic line structure showed the photosensitivity in the region from UV to IR.
