[10p-M113-6] X-ray Structural Analysis of Crystallized Lysozyme under Magnetic Field by LLIP Method

Magnetic field effects on size and quality was studied for protein Lysozyme crystalized under horizontal magnetic fields by using LLIP method. The increase of the crystal size was independent of the paramagnetic precipitation agent and the quality was depend on the agents. NiCl2 was the best agent to obtain the huge crystal with high quality.
