[10p-M113-8] Chiral Recognition by Magnetoelectricity Provided by Helical Structure

Tsunehisa Kimura1, Fumiko Kimura1, Masakazu Iwasaka2 (1.Kyoto University, 2.Hiroshima University)

Keywords:magnetoelectricity, chiral recognition

Magnetoelectricity (ME) is mutual coupling between magnetic and electric properties of a material, and closely related to chirality. In this presentation, we investigate a role of helical structure to ME and Pasteur medium, and discuss the chiral recognition in terms of chiral energy.
