We have developed a myoglobin biosensor which shows high response and high selectivity. But this sensor cannot be reused after the first measurement. Thus the problem of this sensor is the production cost and the preparation time. To solve this problem we developed a regeneratable sensor using Protein Gā€™ which binds strongly with IgG-type antibody. Protein Gā€™ is known to bind strongly with IgG-type antibody under neutral environment while it cuts the bind under acidic one. We employed this function to build the regeneratable sensor.
