[10p-PA3-20] Development of Double Side Patterned Centrifugal Micro Dispenser

It is thought that centrifugal microfluidic devices are promising methods for automation of micro chemical analysis process. By integrating dispenser with analysis devices, being highly integrated the device and reducing user labor are expected. However, conventional dispensers use capillary forces to control valves so that it is thought the motion become unstable. In this research, we develop a novel dispenser that consists of three-dimensional crossed geometric structural siphon valves by patterning onto double side of the device.
