We have predicted anomalous refraction in moiré type meta surfaces with anisotropic deformation. Such metasurfaces can be applied as a circularly polarized beam splitter in wideband range. However, we have not observed experimentally such refracted signal with sufficient S/N ratio. In our presentation, we will report the development of a THz imaging system for observation of anomalous refraction in moiré type metasurafaces. In our imaging system, we used a fiber coupled photoconductive antenna (PCA) for the THz-wave detector which enable us to measure THz electric field with maintaining the optical length in the detector-side constant even if the PCA position is changed. We will present the imaging results due to scanning PCA position.
