In the case of utilizing conventional organic semiconducting (OSC) ink under bottom-contact configuration which is favorable for printing processes, carrier injection has been difficult due to the large contact resistance derived from the transistor structure. To realize effective carrier injection, electrodes are treated with self-assembled monolayer. However, this treatment requires time consuming process and so on. In order to overcome these issues, we tried and evaluated SAM-material-mixed OSC ink. The resulul revealed that short tact time and same magnitude of mobility compared to conbentional OSC ink.
