Since the laser has a characteristic that the directivity is very high, it is applied to various fields. The laser processing technique can solve the problem of lowering of processing dimensional accuracy due to tool wear compared to machining operation.
Therefore, I thought that the binary diffractive lens that our laboratory is manufacturing can be applied. However, it was considered that conventional lenses with electron beam resist could not withstand laser output, and we fabricated this time by etching glass and measured.
