本研究ではp型的特性を有し、低温プロセスで製膜可能な酸化グラフェン(GO)を正孔バッファー層として用いた逆構造ペロブスカイト太陽電池を作製し、その際のGOの製膜方法による素子性能の比較検討を行った。
