Keywords:perovskite solar cells

Fabrication process of perovskite films for solar cells is classified into two methods: one is based on solution process and another is vapor phase process. Many of studies reported are based on solution process. In this study, we developed the fabrication process of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite films based on vapor phase and made the solar cells with an inverted planar heterojunction structure. We obtained a solar cell with a power conversion efficiency of ~12 % by optimizing annealing condition in methyl ammonium iodide vapor.
