Keywords:Nano-bubble, Bubble size distribution, Nanoparticle tracking analysis

Nanobubbles (NB) are very small size bubbles and have unique properties not found in ordinary larger bubbles. Applications such as cleaning and biological fostering are being advanced, but details of their basic characteristics are unclear. To generate NBs, we used a technique to pressurize a porous alumina pore thin film having homogeneous pores of 100 nm diameter formed by anodic oxidation. The size distribution of NBs thus generated was investigated by nanoparticle tracking analysis method.
