[11p-M111-17] Seed Crystal Effect on Molecular-Oriented Thin Film of Tetrabenzotriazaporphyrin Derivative Fabricated by Contact Freezing Method

Uniaxially oriented thin film of a tetrabenzotriazaporphyrin derivative, C6TBTAPH2, which demonstrates the discotic liquid crystal properties and high carrier mobility, was fabricated by contact freezing method. The GIWAXS measurements for the thin film generated by the contact freezing phenomenon involved with seed crystal drop were carried out and the crystal structures depending on seed crystal were clarified.
