半導体材料ガス中の微量水分測定に用いられている水分計の校正・性能評価を行うために、ガス中微量水分標準の開発を行っている。本研究では、多種ガス用微量水分発生装置を開発し、これを用いて酸素およびヘリウム中微量水分の一次標準(濃度領域: 10 ppb〜1 ppm)を確立した。
