The peak wavelength of the localized surface plasmon resonance can be controlled by the size or structure of metal nanoparticles. Here we report the plasmonic color tuning in wider visible wavelength regions using the random Ag nano-hemisphere on mirror. The obtained experimental results were in good agreement with the calculated results using the finite-difference time-domain method. This structure should be well applicable for emission enhancements in the wavelength range from green to red.
