Keywords:transition edge sensor, microwave SQUID multiplexer, single-photon color imaging

Optical transition edge sensor (TES) are highly desirable for two-dimensional single-photon color imaging, which are desired to be applied to biological imaging. We have been investigating the MW-Mux for readout of optical TES. Recently, we have successfully measured output signal from optical TES with MW-Mux. In this research, we considered coarse sampling effect on energy resolution.
