We have studied remote non-destructive testing based on HTS-SQUID and ultrasonic guided wave. In this work, we proposed new magnetostriction-based guided wave transducers using a pair of pre-magnetize nickel plates. We conducted all-round inspection on aluminum pipe with defects. Simulation on propagation of guided wave on plate was also computed.
