Keywords:iron chalcogenide superconductor, thin film, transport properties

Te-substitution for Se in an iron chalcogenide superconductor, FeSe, suppresses the structural transition, and the superconducting transition temperature, Tc, rapidly increases when the structural transition disappears. On the other hand, such an abrupt increase of Tc was not observed in the case of S-substitution. In order to reveal the origin of the contrasiting Tc behavior, we grew Te- and S-substituted FeSe thin films and measured the magnetotransport properties of the films. We found a positive correlation between the carrier densities and Tc.
