Keywords:live cell imaging, super resolution imaging

We are developing a scanning ion conductance microscope (SICM) which is a type of scanning probe microscope and can visualize the shape of the cell surface without contact in order to observe the nanoscale structural change on the cell surface in a viable state. I have developed high resolution SICM and succeeded time-lapse imaging of endocytosis.
