CFRP machining using pulsed lasers with wavelengths of 258 nm, 515 nm, and 1030 nm was performed to investigate the wavelength dependence of the removal depth, and Raman spectroscopy of the resin around the laser processed groove was performed, and the chemical change of the resin by laser irradiation was evaluated.
