[9p-PA4-3] Growth of VO₂ films on ZnO-nanorod buffered glass and their optical properties (II)

前回の秋の応用物理学会で、スマートウィンドウとして応用が期待されている二酸化バナジウムが水酸化ナトリウムを用いた酸化亜鉛ナノロッド上で良好に成長することを報告した。今回の発表では、有機化合物であるヘキサメチレンテトラミンを用いた粒径の大きなナノロッド上で二酸化バナジウムを成長させ、光学特性及び結晶性について評価を行った。
