学生時代から現職まで、光に携わる開発・研究を続けてきました。学生時代は、近接場光学顕微鏡を徹底的に使い込み、光学系やステージ制御ソフトの開発、スペクトル分析を勉強する日々を過ごしておりました。現在は半導体露光装置等の光学設計を担当しており、様々な光学原理を駆使した装置開発を行っております。10年以上光学と付き合ってきましたが、本当に難しく面白い分野です。半導体露光装置開発のやりがい、厳しさなど、当日お話しします。
