My major at university was not semiconductor but the elementary particle physics. After graduation, I led R&D, production, installation, calibration, and operation of a new particle detector for an international particle physics experiment (CMS) at European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Switzerland as a postdoc of Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) in the United State. At the end of 2018, I had moved in the semiconductor industry, joining Kioxia (Toshiba-memory at that time), and has worked on development of new memory technology since then. In my presentation, I would like to share my two-year experience in this field working with my knowledge developed in a completely different field.
