[10a-Z05-5] Color changes of EC device combining NiO_x and WO_x in visible light and infrared light regions

A stack type EC device was fabricated using NiO_x and WO_x thin films formed by reactive sputtering. As a result, four vivid color changes were observed. In addition, it was confirmed that the selective color change occured in visible light region when NiO_x was colored and in infrared region when WO_x was colored from the transmottance spectra of the device.
