[10a-Z05-6] Influence of optical properties of ITO electrode on electrochromic properties of WO3 thin films

In this study, we fabricated tungsten oxide (WO3) thin film on indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films with different sheet resistances, and EC properties were measured in 0.01 M H2SO4 aqueous electrolyte. Transmittance spectra were measured by using UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer in visible and near-infrared regions. The WO3 thin film deposited on the high resistance ITO thin film showed higher transmittance in the bleached state in the near infrared region, and it’s transmittance change was slightly larger than that of the WO3 thin film deposited on the low resistance ITO thin film.
