[10a-Z09-2] [Highlight]Estimation of the critical exponent in magnetic phase transition by high-throughput materials fabrication, characterization, and statistical analysis
Keywords:High-throughput experiment, magnetic phase transition, critical exponents
In this study, we focus on the analysis of the phase transition, which is the origin of the function of the magnetic phase transition. Especially we estimate the critical exponents in the connection with synthesis, measurement and analysis. In our experiments, we fabricated a Fe-Co-Cr ternary alloy by a table-top sputtering device, and measured by synchrotron radiation with PEEM, and we analyzed statistically based on Landau theory. As a result, the critical exponent β was estimated to be 0.36 ± 0.028, which is in good agreement with previous studies.
