Charge transport and thermoelectric conversion mechanism of doped polymer films is a key issue in the field of wearable electronics for future smart society. In particular, the effects of complicated microscopic structure comprised of crystalline domains and non-crystalline domain boundaries prevent from developping high-performance devices. In the present study, we fully clarify the roles of the domains and the boundaries in the typical polymers on the mascroscopic charge transport under the continuous electrochemical doping.
