We introduce an experimental instruction system that combines 360° live streaming system, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) technology that was tested in 2017 at the High Voltage Electron Microscope of Hokkaido University. A spherical camera was placed in front of the microscope monitor so that experiment situation and reference materials could be exchanged via the Internet. This made it possible to proceed observation for students with some experts without being restricted by space. The system will be currently useful in applications that reduce the risk of infection of COVID-19.
