Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) is widely used as a ferroelectric material used in electronic devices, but since lead oxide is toxic, we have focused on lead-free material (Bi0.5K0.5)TiO3-BiFeO3 (BKTBF) based solid solution, and investigated the relationship between the ferroelectric properties and crystal structure of BKTBF based solid solutions. In this research, we performed Mo, W substitutions for (Bi0.5K0.5)TiO3-BiFeO3-KTaO3 and evaluated ferroelectric characteristics and crystal structures using synchrotron X-ray diffraction. The relationship between the ferroelectric characteristics and the crystal and electronic structures were investigated.
