Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) is widely used as a ferroelectric material in electronic devices, but I paid attention to K0.5Na0.5NbO3(KNN) has good piezoelectric characteristics among non-lead materials from the viewpoint of environmental load reduction. In this study, spark plasma sintering (SPS) was used to improve the sinterability, and I aimed at improvement.KNN was replaced with Cu and Zn for the ferroelectric properties of the sample with 5 mol% Li replaced by KNN.Furthermore, the effect of Cu and Zn on the electrical properties was investigated by crystal structure analysis using synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction.
