[10a-Z26-5] Preparation of Dielectric nanocube Assemblies and Their Dielectric Properties
Keywords:dielectric materials, low-temperature process, solvothermal method
We synthesized well-dispersed uniform barium titanate (BT) nanocubes by a solvothermal method for the development of BT-nanocube-assembled dielectric composites. We prepared the millimeter-sized BT-nanocube assemblies by utilizing liquid-liquid biphase separation. The resultant nanocube assembly shows the relatively lower dielectric constant because of the low relative density and/or absence of chemical bonds between BT nanocubes. Thus, we tried an additional solvothermal treatment for formation of connection between BT nanocubes, and the dielectric constant could be improved.
