Optical TES detectors are highly desirable for two-dimensional single-photon color imaging, which are desired to be applied to biological imaging. Recently, we have demonstrated the single photon spectroscopic imaging with an optical TES and a scanning microscope. To obtain time-resolved imaging, it is necessary to develop optical TES array and multiplex signals from the detectors. We have been investigating readout microwave-multiplexed which use rf super conducting quantum interface device(rf-SQUID).
