Keywords:Graphene

Graphene exhibits a gapless linear band dispersion. Due to the unique band dispersion, unequally spaced Landau-levels and a zero-energy Landau-level are formed under a high magnetic field in graphene. The purpose of this work is to understand the magnetic-field and carrier-density dependence of infrared emission from graphene. In this talk, we discuss the origin of the emission on the basis of the experimental results.
