We investigated the thermoelectric properties for the Ni / Pt (001) epitaxial superlattices with various Ni layer thicknesses, and observed the enhancement of anomalous Nernst effect (ANE). We found that the enhanced ANE of the Ni / Pt (001) superlattices is attributable to the large transverse Peltier coefficient.
