We are developing a CMOS camera aboard a micro satellite for cosmic soft X-ray observations. Sensors are irradiated with monochromatic X-rays. Several performance items such as linearity and energy resolution are evaluated. When we perform standard event selection, the energy resolution is 360eV(FWHM) @ 5.9keV. Here we report spectroscopic performances tuning for multi-pixel events. We will also report the status of the camera body design and fabrication.
