[10p-Z17-6] Absorption control based on active dielectric metasurface using VO₂

Active metasurfaces using VO₂ can dynamically change optical properties. Recently, as an application of VO₂ metasurfaces, the active radiative cooling system, which switches the cooling efficiency by changing the absorption, has been developed. In this study, we propose a dielectric metasurface using VO₂ and demonstrate the absorption control by phase transition. The proposed active radiative cooling device can be applied for window materials or high efficient photovoltaic power generation, etc.
