[10p-Z22-9] Enhancement of leaky SAW harmonics excitation using bonded LiTaO3/quartz structures

The high-performance surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices with a high frequency and broadband are required. In the research group, we have investigated leaky SAW (LSAW) excitation on a structure in which LiTaO3 (LT) and quartz were bonded. As a result of the experiment, the h/λ dependence of the resonance TCF in the bonded structure was in good agreement with the theoretical value, and was better than that of the single LT.
