△ [10p-Z25-2] Observation and analysis of current responses from phosphomolybdic acid crystals
Keywords:Neuromorphic, spike signal, phosphomolybdic
In Neuromorphic engineering, it's necessary to reproduce the firing function of neurons, but there are still few studies on the device which can generate the spiking signal. In this study, we focus on the phosphomolybdic acid molecular crystal, which exhibits a multi-step reduction reaction, and obtained spike-like time response by using conductive AFM. A simulation model of a molecular cluster consisting of stochastic conductance switching in single molecule reproduced the spiking current under low voltage applied.
