It is important to understand the specific physical properties and reaction activities of sub-nano substances, which are attracting attention as new materials, in the development of sub-nano substances, but there is a problem that the signal intensity of direct spectroscopic analysis of sub-nano substances is very weak.To solve this problem, we succeeded in direct spectroscopic analysis by high-sensitivity Raman spectroscopy using shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SHINERS) using silica-coated Au nanoparticles as an enhancement.
