[10p-Z26-8] Conditions for fine particles of black phosphorus in liquid phase

Phosphorene is a single layer of black phosphorus which has been attracting properties as a semiconductor nanosheet to those of graphene. While the electrical and physical properties have been reported, a simple and mass-production method has not been established. In this study, we aimed to make powder or particulate black phosphorus dispersed in several kind of liquid dispersion medium then apply to ultrasonic irradiation and further to reduce it to a single layer state.
