[10p-Z27-12] Rectification property of polymer diodes with p/n doping

The n-doing and pn junction of polymer semiconductors have been realized by Evaporative Spray Deposition using Ultra-dilute Solution. The forward current has been improved drastically in the polymer diodes with p/n doping. In this study the rectification property on high frequency of the polymer diodes was investigated and the cutoff frequency was improved to over 100 kHz.
