Keywords:polariton, perovskite, microcavity

Polariton is formed by strong coupling between photon and exciton in a microcavity and transit to an energy-condensed phase due to the Bosonic property, which is possible as a laser oscillation principle with a low threshold. We focused on CsPbBr3, an all-inorganic perovskite material that has both delocalization and room temperature stability of excitons, and fabricated a microcavity with its single crystal as the active layer. The emission characteristics were measured in detail.
