[10p-Z29-12] 2D Materials: Expectations from Industry

Kazuhiko Kano1 (1.DENSO CORP.)

Keywords:graphene, TMD

2D Materials have unique physical properties, such as electrical, magnetic, optical properties, and are expected to be applied to various electronic devices and applications. In general, we believe that materials applied in the field of electronic devices must host characteristic physical properties which generate multiple functionalities not achievable by extension of Si-semiconductor technology. In this talk, we will discuss the expectations and the perspectives for the applications of 2D Materials from industry.
