For methylammonium lead triiodide (MAPbI3) perovskite solar cells, the radiative open circuit voltage (Voc) limit can be calculated to be 1.311 V (Short circuit current Jsc = 19.6 mA/cm2). The radiative lifetime (5.4 us) can be estimated according to the absorption coefficient of the MAPbI3 layer. From TRPL measurement, the bulk lifetime (149 ns) of the MAPbI3 layer can be obtained. So that the Voc limit (1.223 V) from the bulk recombination was estimated. The Voc limit from the bulk is still much higher than the real Voc value (1.068 V) of the device so that the non-recombination in the interface is dominant Voc loss mechanism can be considered.
